Synthetic mica paper

Synthetic mica paper is a kind of high-performance insulating material made of synthetic fluorphlogopite as raw material, processed by crushing, pulping, copying and other processes. Compared with natural mica, synthetic mica has a more stable chemical composition and better performance. Its main component is fluorphlogopite, which does not contain impurities that may exist in natural mica, so it is more outstanding in high temperature resistance, insulation, chemical stability and other aspects. In general, synthetic mica paper can withstand continuous temperatures of more than 1000°C, and can even withstand high temperatures of about 1200°C for a short time, far exceeding the temperature resistance limit of many natural mica papers.
