I. Technology System and Investment

We have established a three-in-one structure encompassing "R&D Center - Production Base - Application Laboratory", with sustained investment in production infrastructure and more than 150 sets of professional production and testing equipment. Focusing on technological breakthroughs across the whole industrial chain, our core products including flame-retardant mica components for power batteries (temperature resistance up to 1200°C) are supplied to well-known enterprises such as BYD and CATL, matching the technical requirements of 800V high-voltage vehicle platforms.

II. Industry-Academic-Research Cooperation & Talent Team

We carry out in-depth cooperation with universities via joint laboratories. Our R&D team consists of experienced specialists in material science and polymer engineering. We conduct R&D on the alternative application of mica membranes for fuel cell proton exchange membranes and have developed eco-friendly mica sheet products.

We hold more than 100 intellectual property rights, including core patents such as the Mica Paper Mechanical Strength Testing Device granted in 2025. We have taken part in drafting over 10 national and industrial standards, including the national standard for Refractory Mica Tape, and promote technological development within the mica material sector.

New Energy: Our multi-layer composite flame-retardant components are widely adopted by global power battery manufacturers.
High-Temperature Insulation: We realize mass production of 0.05mm ultra-thin mica tape (insulation strength: 20kV/mm) and 3–100mm thick mica sheets with low thermal conductivity under 750°C operating environment.
Green Manufacturing: Full-process digital management improves operational efficiency. Our tailings recycling technology realizes high-value reuse of production residues.
