    Excellent Fire Resistance and Insulation Performance

    - Resists fire at high temperatures of 840–1000°C for over 90 minutes (at 1000V), ensuring continuous operation of power systems during fires.

    1. Fire-Resistant Cable

    Performance Advantages:

    Phlogopite tape is lower in cost than synthetic mica and is the preferred material for Class B fire-resistant cables (750–800°C).

    When combined with synthetic mica tape (Class A, 950–1000°C), it can cover a wider range of temperature requirements.

    2. Motor Cable Insulation

    Structural Requirements: Requires glass fiber cloth reinforcement (such as double-sided tape NHD-2) to enhance mechanical strength; avoid plastic film reinforcement.

    Key Parameters: Thickness is typically 0.10–0.17mm, and mica content ≥55% ensures insulation stability at high temperatures.

    3. Industrial Insulation

    Extended Applications: Windows for high-temperature equipment (e.g., furnaces), insulation for household appliances (tensile strength ≥ 160N/10mm).
