Mica rolls are made using high-quality phlogopite or synthetic muscovite paper as the base material, with alkali-free fiberglass cloth as the reinforcing material. They are then bonded with high-temperature organosilicon resin, and processed through high-temperature baking, drying, and pressing before being wound into rolls. The finished mica rolls are dry and non-sticky, with good flexibility and softness. Compared to soft mica sheets, the addition of fiberglass provides stronger tensile strength. Compared to mica tape, the increased thickness results in stronger single-layer voltage breakdown resistance, offering superior electrical insulation and high-temperature resistance. They are especially suitable for high-temperature insulation in industrial furnaces such as steel, metallurgical, industrial electric furnaces, power frequency furnaces, medium frequency furnaces, and arc furnaces, with a maximum high-temperature resistance of 1200℃.
